- Promoting the need to plan activities and formulate budgets, with the aim of improving the degree of implementation efficiency.
- Preparing the budget
- Managing changes to the budget
- Monitoring budget implementation, informing those responsible each month.
- Preparing and centrally introducing the budgets to SAP, as a management tool of the UVic-UCC.
